Welcome to Auto Clicker, a mobile application developed by Novasoft. By downloading or using Auto Clicker, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Auto Clicker.

 

Use of the App

 

1. License: Novasoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Auto Clicker for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use Auto Clicker for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law.

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures implemented by Novasoft.

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the app’s functionality.

• Using the app to generate fraudulent or deceptive clicks.

3. Modifications and Updates: Novasoft reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Auto Clicker at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All content, features, and functionality of Auto Clicker, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Novasoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent from Novasoft.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Auto Clicker is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Novasoft does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Auto Clicker, even if Novasoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novasoft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Auto Clicker or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Termination

 

Novasoft reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Auto Clicker, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of Auto Clicker.

 

Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

 

Entire Agreement

 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Novasoft regarding your use of Auto Clicker and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

 

By using Auto Clicker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
