Creating groups
To create a new contact group, simply go to the Groups tab and tap the + icon in the top-right.
- Enter the group name
- Add the group contacts
You can add people in three ways: from your Contacts app, by creating custom contacts, or by importing CSV files.
Adding Phone Contacts
After you tap the Add from phone contacts button, you will be asked for permissions to access your Contacts lists. Please provide access to the full list of contacts (Share all).
You have to select all contacts you want to add to the group.
- You can search for specific contacts in the list
- You can use the quick selection tools: Select all/none/inverse
Adding Custom Contacts
You can create contacts that exist only in the app. Just tap Add custom contact and fill in these fields:
- First Name (mandatory)
- Last Name
- Company
- Prefix
- Phone (mandatory)
- Phone label
You can edit custom contacts anytime by tapping on them in the group listing.
Adding Contacts from CSV Files
You can bulk-import contacts from external files using the Import contacts from CSV option. Just follow these steps:
- Open the template CSV file on your computer or mobile device.
- Insert contact information using the available fields (FirstName, LastName, Phone, etc.)
- Make sure you don't delete the first row (the header row)
- Make sure you don't delete any column (even if you don't use it)
- Import the final CSV file into our app
The app will import the data found inside your CSV file and create custom contacts.
Removing Contacts
To remove a contact, simply swipe left on the table row and then tap Delete.
Removing Groups
When you want to delete an existing group, go to the groups list, swipe left on a group, and then tap Delete. This will permanently delete the selected group.
Duplicating Groups
When you want to duplicate an existing group, go to the groups list, swipe right on a group, and then tap Duplicate. This will create a copy of the group.
