Manual Import

To import a chat just follow these steps:

• Open the chat app and navigate to the start of the conversation.
• Capture multiple screenshots in order from top to bottom.
• Each screenshot should overlap the previous one by at least 50%.
• The overlapping zones will be removed automatically by AI.

Make sure Full-Screen Previews are turned off in iOS Settings.

When all screenshots are saved in your Photo Library, you can return to the app and import them.

This will create a new Conversation Import that will be processed by AI and transformed into a TextKeep chat that you can edit, search, update, export (PDF, CSV, TXT), or print.

You'll also get access to the stacked version of the conversation with all chats combined in a unique long vertical screenshot.

Tips for better imports

• Include approximately 50% of the previous screen in the current screenshot
• If the Auto-sorting option in Settings doesn't work well, disable it and manually select the files in chronological order
• Remove the chat background that might confuse the AI algorithm
